Successful grant writing on behalf of New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation:

• $10 million from New York State for expanded use of technology and electronic medical records to support patient centered medical homes for behavioral health patients

• $200,000 from Samuels Foundation for expansion of pilot palliative care outpatient clinic at Bellevue Hospital Center

Secured funding for America SCORES Los Angeles from foundations and Los Angeles Unified School District to support youth development programming for inner city elementary school students.

Prepared new membership packages including brochures and series of solicitation letters for individuals and corporate donors to In the Spotlight, The Actors Fund high-end membership program.

Launched Bideawee’s annual fund, raising 2/3 of goal for year with first mailing.

Writer and co-producer of Believing, a four-part multi-media series on HHC’s accomplishments in patient safety.

Writer of HHC president’s 2010 Year In Review speech and web version with expanded content.

Member of team that implemented successful rebranding at Bideawee including logo, collateral materials and redesigned website.

Researched, updated and wrote case studies for “E-Commerce: Business. Technology. Society,” one of the nation’s most widely used e-commerce textbooks.
